How do I sign in?

Press Sign in, type your phone number or email, and we send you a 6-digit code. Type the code and you're in. There is nothing to remember.

What can I buy with my benefit?

Over-the-counter medicines, health and wellness items, supplies, and incontinence products. Everything in the shop is covered. Your allowance is shown at the top of your cart.

When does my allowance start again?

Your benefit page shows the date it starts again.

Can my daughter or son do this for me?

Yes. Add them as a caregiver with their own phone number, and they can shop and book visits for you. How caregiver access works

How do I change the language or make the text bigger?

Both are at the top of every page: the globe button for language, and the three A buttons for text size.

Where is my order?

Press See my orders. Each order shows where it is in plain words, and the day it should arrive.
