Helping a parent or a friend
If you look after someone, you shouldn't have to share their sign-in. You get your own.
What caregiver access is
The person you care for adds your name and your phone number to their account. From then on you sign in with your own number and your own code.
Everything you do is recorded as done by you, so they can always see who did what. They can remove you at any time.
Nothing about their health is shown here. Those records stay between them and their doctor.
How to be added
- The person you care for signs in and goes to My account, then Caregivers.
- They press Add a caregiver and enter your name, who you are to them, and your phone number.
- You sign in with your own phone number, tick "I'm signing in to help someone else", and you're in.
If they'd rather not do this on a screen, call us together and we'll set it up on the phone.
What you can do
- Shop with their benefit, and see their orders and balance.
- Book, change and cancel their visits.
- Change their addresses and language.
What you can't see
- Their medical records, test results, or anything their doctor writes.
- Their other caregivers' details.
